In the past decade, many studies found that mindfulness exercises significantly reduce pressure of parents, foster children’s health and increase families’ happiness. So, what is mindfulness? How do we apply it to parenting?
The book is sponsored by Zonta Club of the New Territories. Parents will learn about theories and studies of pressure, stress management, mindfulness exercises and the application to parenting in this book. Parents can better manage their emotions and also their children's emotions, as well as reduce pressure derived from parenting. Book Illustrations by Ah Ko make abstract concepts easily understandable.
