Head of Human Resources

We are looking for a Head of Human Resources to be a strategic HR partner in senior management level to provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget and labour relations and responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of Human Resources and Administration Department. This role will directly report to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Administration).

  • To demonstrate Human Resources values, review the current policies and procedures and provide HR strategy direction to the Society;
  • To coordinate with internal departments and service units to review, develop and implement appropriate HR strategies that support the organization to fulfill its mission and five-year strategic plan;
  • To oversee and ensure smooth operation of a wide range of HR functions including manpower planning and control, recruitment, compensation and benefits, pay and reward systems, performance management, learning and development and staff relations;
  • To formulate and review HR policies and procedures in ensuring best practices and compliance with the legal requirements;
  • To provide professional advice and support to the Senior Management and the Board on overall HR planning, strategies and implementation;
  • To develop and implement training strategies for organization and talent development;
  • To oversee HRIS system and drive related IT projects;
  • To prepare and present meeting documents in the HR committee;
  • To undertake any ad hoc projects or other duties as required.
