Heep Hong Society won the Gold Award for the first time in the website stream of Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme. Jointly organised by The Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (“HKIRC”), The Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (“OGCIO”), and the Equal Opportunities Commission (“EOC”), the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme recognises organisations that strive to strengthen their digital channels of the Internet and Mobile app services accessible to all, especially people with disabilities and other difficulties.

Heep Hong Society is one of the leading rehabilitation and education organisations in Hong Kong. We are committed to helping children and young people of different abilities to develop their potential and create a harmonious society. Through the web-based accessibility technology, we can further optimize the browsing experience of our website and make it easier for people in need to search for relevant information. We will continue to support the barrier-free culture and work together to create a harmonious society for children, youth and families in need.
