Mr Patrick Nip, The Director of Social Welfare, visited Fu Cheong Centre of Heep Hong Society on 14 July 2010. Accompanied by Chairman of the Executive Committee, Dr Henry Au Yeung, and Director of Heep Hong Society, Ms Nancy Tsang, Mr Nip observed classes and met with parents to have a deeper understanding of the rehabilitation services for children with special needs.
