Corporate Development Officer

Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop donor retention programmes, events and campaigns and maintain good relationships with donors
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Monthly Donation Programme and online general donations, such as donation transactions and receipt preparation
  • Handle donor and public enquiries (phone, mail and email) and follow up potential donors’ appeal
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of donors’ database including data entry of donation records
  • Prepare monthly report and MIS report
  • Help developing donor communications including newsletters, invitations, direct and online appeals, solicitations, acknowledgements, proposals, etc.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Degree holder or above
  • Preferably 3 years working experience in donor/ customer services, administrative support and or hospitality
  • Detail-minded, good analytical skills and able to work independently
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
  • Demonstrate drive and commitment in working in non-profit sector
  • Knowledge of CRM / DMS is preferred
  • Proven experience in supervisory position would be an added advantage 

Suitable candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Corporate Development Officer
