Project Manager , Talent School

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative and innovative talent development programs for children and youth with diverse needs; plan, organize, execute and hold accountable for the successful delivery of annual service outputs and outcomes.
  • Source, identify and engage with stakeholders and sponsors for sponsorship and partnership opportunity. Prepare proposal write up for sponsorship or partnership pitching.
  • Design manpower resources plan and ensure strict adherence to the work schedule and proper delivery and execution of talent programs.
  • Produce meeting and presentation materials, progress report and budget report as required.
Qualifications
  • University graduates, preferably in social science/ marketing / communications / event management disciplines

  • At least 3 years experience in project management.

  • Proven track record of achievements in project management generating event from planning, budgeting, development and successful implementation.

  • Strong organization skill and attend to details.

  • Strong common sense to come up with good presentation, communication with corporate partners and sponsors.

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills to be able to persuade others, internally and externally, to buy in to the new/innovative and quality services.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
