Corporate Development Officer (Fundraising)
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Donation Information System
- Develop, plan and execute donor recruitment and retention programmes
- Build and cultivate relationship with donors, organize donor relations events and gatherings
- Liaise and follow up with fundraising partners and volunteers
- Work closely with Corporate Development Manager to deliver, communicate and implement fundraising strategies
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fundraising, marketing or public relations
- Solid experience in donation administration and database management
- Strong organization and planning skills, a keen eye for details and a good understanding of NGO practices
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
