Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager to perform all-rounded Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, employee compensation and performance management system
  • Implement and administer HR initiatives and projects
  • Support the formulation of HR policies and procedures by the provision of relevant information, data and research
  • Monitor the performance of Human Resources Information System and ensure that it meets the service needs and organization growth
  • Provide advisory service to line managers and employees on HR related matters
 
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 4 years’ solid HR generalist experience, of which some is gained in a supervisory capacity
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
  • Extensive knowledge in IPL is a must
  • Highly organized and analytical with excellent numerical sense
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, proactive, able to work under pressure and within tight timelines
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
