Since 1963, Heep Hong Society has been committed to helping children with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia, developmental delay and other special needs reach their full potential in a pleasant environment through the provision of professional care, training, child education, parent education, community education, publications, electronic resources, family support, school- based training and support services.
With the aid of its 400-strong dedicated professional team comprising of psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, nurses, and child-care workers under over 30 service units, Heep Hong cares for 6,000 families on an annual basis, and has long been parents’ first choice for training their children of different abilities in Hong Kong. It also makes contributions to the development of child rehabilitation services in the Greater China Region through research on various treatment approaches, publication and training.
